Foidslop food and drinks
Foidslop started as a food word. Before anyone used it for books or games, a 2024 meme chart defined it as a "flavorless amalgamation of carbs and vegetables," set against guychow, the steak a guy cooks for himself. The X post that made the word take off a month later was about girl dinner.
The drinks came next. An iced matcha in a clear cup and the first pumpkin spice latte of the fall get named constantly, mostly because of how they're ordered and filmed rather than how they taste. Some of the food here is harder to call. Cottage cheese recipes caught on with gym guys and recipe TikTok at the same time, and a charcuterie board was a party food for decades before anyone ate one alone for dinner.
If you want the full taxonomy, foidslop vs guychow has the meme chart with all four kinds of dinner. If you want a verdict on yours, there's a dinner quiz.
